To request deletion of information processed by KartonBot, email andrewponomare@gmail.com with the subject KartonBot data deletion request.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, app secrets, or payment information. We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the requester is authorized.
We will acknowledge the request, verify it where necessary, and delete or anonymize eligible information from active systems. We aim to complete valid requests within 30 days. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or the establishment and defense of legal claims.
