KartonBot is an internal advertising automation tool operated by KartonMedia. It helps authorized administrators create, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns through the Meta Marketing API.
Depending on the features used, KartonBot may process Meta advertising account, campaign, ad set, ad, creative, Page, Pixel or Dataset identifiers; campaign settings and performance metrics; uploaded advertising media and copy; Telegram administrator identifiers and commands; and technical logs needed for security, troubleshooting, and auditing.
We use this information only to create and manage advertising campaigns requested by authorized administrators, generate campaign analysis and advertising copy, monitor performance and budgets, provide notifications, maintain security, and diagnose errors.
Information may be processed by service providers required to operate the tool, including Meta, Telegram, OpenAI, hosting providers, and campaign analytics services. We do not sell personal information.
Application configuration, audit records, campaign data, and technical logs are stored on access-controlled infrastructure. We retain them only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, audit, and comply with legal obligations for the service, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
We use access restrictions, encrypted network connections, protected credentials, and audit logging designed to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are published.
